Horrendous Experience - Worst Service ever !

I recently had the misfortune of booking a tour with Splashtour Rotterdam, and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. Despite spending over 100 euros for the tour, my entire encounter with the company was riddled with unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. To start with, the company changed the time of my booking at the last minute, giving me a mere 30-minute notice. This sudden change was already inconvenient, but what made matters worse was the fact that when I arrived just two minutes late (due to difficulty in finding the place), I called their customer service to explain the situation. However, instead of showing any empathy or understanding, the phone operator I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She not only insisted that I should have been there 15 minutes early but also raised her voice during our conversation, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. To add insult to injury, the company's solution to their own mishap was utterly absurd. They proposed that I join another tour, a staggering two hours later, and even had the audacity to ask me to pay for new tickets. It was outrageous that I was being penalized for their mistake, as they had changed my ticket without my consent in the first place. I am appalled by the abysmal customer service and utter lack of accountability demonstrated by Splashtour Rotterdam. Not only did they mishandle the scheduling of my tour, but their dismissive and disrespectful treatment of me as a paying customer was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company, as they clearly prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with Splashtour Rotterdam was a complete disaster from start to finish. Their unprofessionalism, rude behavior, and refusal to rectify their mistakes have left me feeling deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other tour providers in Rotterdam who value their customers and provide a much better experience.
