ruined a good meal...

first, i'd like to start by saying that i attempted to write this, directly, to the restaurant. privately. but there is no link for that. not a good sign when a place doesn't provide a channel for feedback. maybe this place has gotten TOO popular... Next, i'd like to say that i've eaten, either here or at the original site across the street, 100s of times...and have written a few glowing reviews, but... tonite...was a disaster... first, i made the mistake of going on father's day, not remembering it WAS father's day...so, at 5pm, when i got there, thinking i was early, the manager greets me at the door and asks if i have a reservation. i don't like making reservations...hence, i usu go at 'off hours'...before or after 'the rush'. i say 'no' and he explains that i can have a table for an hour. no problem...i can eat, easily within 45 minutes.. exCEPT...there's a time limit on ordering...so, a few times, i had to wait to order...and THEN, towards the end, they messed up my order...so when it DID come i was VERY rushed... i'm sorry to say that it spoiled my meal... you can't have it both ways. you want to give less time than usual, fine... no time restriction, then. unless you just don't care about your customers, having gotten too popular...feel free to answer here, since i had to write this in public...
